However, if for any reason, our service does not meet your expectations, all
clients are entitled to a 100.00% refund if they cancel their account within
the first 15 days.
We do not ask for a reason, so even if it is simply that you have decided
you cannot afford it, it does not matter. It is nice to know the reason for
cancellation of course, as this way we can address any issues and make them
right in the future.
All feedback is useful, so comments, complaints or suggestions are always
very welcome at any time.
To cancel your account, you should submit a support
ticket using our customer control panel, and we will process the
cancellation request and refund your money within 48 hours.
The only restriction on this guarantee, is that it can only be used once by
a single client every 9 months, unless otherwise agreed prior to signing up
for an account. This is simply to prevent abuse of the service.
